7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1. Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.

10.2. Arbitration. Except for claims eligible for small claims court, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Shelby County, Tennessee, by a single arbitrator under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.

10.3. Class-Action & Jury Waiver. Arbitration will be individual only; class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted, and both parties waive any right to a jury trial.

10.4. Injunctive Relief. We may seek injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property or Site security.

12. Miscellaneous

Severability. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement about the Site.

No Waiver. Failure to enforce any right isn’t a waiver.

Third-Party Services & Links. We may integrate third-party services for hosting, email delivery, spam prevention, analytics, or payments. These services are used only to operate and secure the Site and to deliver requested communications. Their respective terms and privacy practices apply. This Site uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam and abuse protection; its operation is subject to Google’s policies.

Electronic Communications. We may communicate with you electronically, and such communications satisfy legal writing requirements.
